I’m here… in KAMPAR… for <24hr…

I’ve hurt my hands writing so fast for the last exam paper… and NOW, it’s finally OVER!!!

Took the 6pm bus to Kampar yesterday and met up with Jeffery and Hao Xue. I’ll be staying with Jeffery for a while…

Also, there are some crazy things going on around this area – Westlake…

Some crazy people can start screaming and shouting at the middle of the night… And some others don’t even lock their doors!!! That’s crazy! They’re inviting thieves into their house…

Anyways, I need to give Jeffery’s room a complete makeover… wakakakaka… see how well I can do it la…

Till then, I’ll post some photos of Kampar if I have any…

Nervous, nervous…

It’s been a while since I feel this way…

I’ve been nervous through out most of the papers…

Writing answers so fast till my hand hurts… It’s insane…

And basically every lecturer makes us a photocopier machine…

The joy of studying and knowledge gaining is no longer fun as before…

So how?

What I can say is that I shall do my best.

And to all others out there… try your best too.

It’s only a few more days till the end of the semester, and here comes the practical projects…

I’m bleeding….

Yea… thanks to haematology… and no thanks to Dr. Kim… I’m bleeding, profusely…

Didn’t expect it to be so hard. No wonder my seniors said that the 2 credit hour paper is just as bad as the 4 credit hour paper….

How how? I guess I’m gonna study some more…

Last Paper!!!

In less than 2 hours, I’ll be sitting for the last exam paper for the semester…

and in another 4 hours’ time, I’ll be away from all the exam craziness and be doing all the things I’ve planned for the semester break…

3 years ago – I entered UTAR PJ campus

2 years ago – I shifted to UTAR Setapak campus

1 year ago – I completed my first year.

7 days from now – I’m going to complete my second year.

But NOW, I’m tidying my room… and see what I found out…

See how much paper we wasted, just on notes alone, during our degree and foundation studies… Imagine the other draft and exam papers we used included in that pile of papers…

We should reduce the use of paper… that means, either (1) no need to study… *hooray!!!* or (2) use electronic paper instead *hooray!!*… can cheat during exam… haha

Still, that’s only for me alone… now… imagine the WHOLE COURSE and the WHOLE UNIVERSITY!!! We students do kill a lot of trees…

Anyway, here’s a photo of my text books… almost enough to build a double helix… haha

So friends… remember to conserve paper ar…

re-think (whether you need it or not),

reduce (the amount of wastage),

reuse (the item whenever possible),

repair (the spoilt items to see whether it can still be used) and

recycle (to reduce the amount of rubbish ending in landfills).

Over in 7 days…

Yea… today, one more paper, and another one in a week’s time… and that’s it… HOLIDAY!!!

Anyway, I’ve finally gone through the YLA selection and I was picked to join their sessions… I’m so happy with it! But most importantly, I need to thank SS Yong… for motivating me, for the first step… Thanks.

The Neuro exam is less than 5 hours away and I’ve got no idea what I should do now… haiz… Facebook… perhaps? :P

Exhaustion… Effects of Adrenaline

I’m exhausted…

I had an interview with McKinsey and Company this morning for my Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) application…

Later in the afternoon, I sat for one of the toughest papers ever – Immunology.

The high adrenaline kept me pumping and pushing myself to the limit. Since all my energy storage is used up, I’m hungry and tired...

So, since I’m exhausted now… … I wanna sleep…. zzZZzzZzZZZZzzzZ

Today is the start of first paper for finals… And the paper is Moral… some people may find it ‘deMoralizing’ to study this paper, but it’s the government’s requirement… so, just close your eyes, go in, answer and make sure it pass! haha…

Anyway, all the best to everyone in the finals. Make sure you have enough rests. Attention and health are more important than scoring well in the paper. You need them, trust me.

All the 3 most important subjects are all held on the first week. To make matters worse, CONSECUTIVELY!

I think UTAR successfully made more than 200 students unhappy. My course is just one of the victims…

We’re still trying to work things out, ask them to do some modifications to the time table… worst case scenario, no students attend the exam…. MUHAHAHAHAHA…

No lar. Just a suggestion. But someone is writing a petition regarding this matter. So please be patient while you get the chance to sign your name on it…

Killed by macrophages…

I’m hurt… neutrophils arrived to my injury site and attempt to arrest all the foreign bacteria and microbes. Monocytes entered my tissue via extravasations and form ‘killer’ macrophages. Both of them eat up all the microbes and committed suicide for me. Wah! So proud of my body defense system!

If you know what I’m talking about… I’m required to sit for the test on this subject – Immunology. Kinda interesting if you can tell a story from it. It’s one of my favourite subjects… Unfortunately, my lecturer is a mess. She didn’t organize her notes properly and now I had to go through the whole text book for the sake of understanding…

Anyway, to those going to sit for this test, I hope you’re doing fine… Make sure you study them so that you don’t fail your immune system. Also, don’t study till late night ya! later your immune system will fail you pulak!

I know that the exams are here, and the least you can do is stop playing a fool and study hard... for just 2 weeks la.... not like forever....

There are so many things to study, yet so little time. But remember to take a break once in awhile... coz "All work and no play makes YOU a dull, boring, annoyed, agitated, furious boy!" So next time, you'd better study prior to exam...

So how's my Moral and Ethics exam....? Kinda good I guess.... as long as I pass. Regretted not getting out of the exam hall earlier than I can because this is a 2 and a half hour paper and I kinda relaxed during the exam...
Basically I answered the questions quite slowly.... Which I shouldn't do that in other papers... have to remind myself on that... Have to think faster and write faster.... Haha!
