33rd Bon Odori 2009, Shah Alam

Yesterday, the Photography Society organized a trip to Bon Odori… better known for “Japanese Ghost Festival”…. Lots of dances, food, and more ‘never-seen-before’ food… haha

So here we go! First off, A group photo…

Someone had a new 70-200 f/4 lens to toy with…

I think they’re ‘pure’ japanese girls… cause I’ve seen a lot of non-Japanese wearing these dresses…

Then we had some dances

At one part, we’re required to clap our hands with the fan, but instead, some people hit their friends with the fans… haha

The festival was great, but the air was pretty bad… Very poor air ventilation and dusty. The grasses on the field dried up, and when so many people stepping on it, the dust flew all over the place.

I had to clean my lens during the shoot… haha… and now my whole camera is dusty.

Anyway, it was of great fun, but I don’t think I would go for the second time… Most probably my first and my last… might still change my mind though… haha

haha... it's actually with the time management... you have to really appreciate your time. All of us has 24 hours... but one would only have more time if the time management is good...
